| damn, i cant believe it... im finally back in taipei... after 3 years.. havent been back since i graduated in 2004.. and here i am..
so i arrived at midnight last night.. didnt even get to celebrate xmas.. oh well..
then i met up with my friend and dropped my stuff at his place. then met up with josh (already yeah i know. jetlagged.. couldnt sleep before 7am, so i had to do something).. then slept till 4pm.. now here i am.. tryna think of what im gona do today.. except i dont really remember the way to places.. ill figure it out somehow.. SOO... if anyones in taipei, let me know. itd be cool to see as many people as possible. number to reach is : 09 11 91 99 81 see you soon

| jesus... i havent updated since FEBRUARY.. oh my god...
hah... well ive been REAlly busy since then..
what to say..
- my band here broke apart.. .too many of us were uni students and so some went abroad.. but in september i might have the opportunity to join a band, ill see.. it'll depend on many things..
- im still with the same guy, its been almost 8 months. my record.. love life is perfect so far.
- its been my summer break since end of april (till end of september) and i went to indonesia to visit my parents end of april-start of may. since i got back from jakarta, ive been working full time in a restaurant, as a waitress. full time as in 9.30am to 3pm and i go back to work at 6pm till midnite-ish.. i know, crazy hours... that explains why im so busy and have no time for xanga and other stuff. but its hell of a great work place. the atmosphere is great, cool coworkers, great ass boss. they even have a website (kind of a rare thing here in france).. if you're curious, its www.commeenprovence.com. anyway im gona be working there till mid september, then im FINALLY taking a one-week summer break before starting my junior year in college. and since university here lasts 3 years, im off to a hotel management school next year. cant wait. i finally know what i want to do with my life and im hella motivated for it.
other than that, not much is new.. i think about taiwan once in a while.. still miss it and miss the good friends there. you guys.. come visit me! ive only seen two TAS people here in lyon since i left taiwan after graduation. Erik J and Dominic T. jesus..

| So last sunday, my boyfriend, a friend of his, and I, went to Areches Beaufort (a ski station up the Alps). Not a great weather that day, but it went alright.
I hadn't skied in 10 fucking years, and they freaking made me ride the black slope. The first 30 minutes were horrible, i kept falling really badly, i thought once that id really get injured.
I was also trying these snowblades you'll see later on, for the first time. so it makes you go a lot faster than normal skis.. and I who normally already have a speed issue (cant ride slowly), it was awesome but caused a lotta falls in the beginning.
so then i decided to stay in the red slope to avoid any kinds of injuries haha.. but it was hella fun! check out the pics.

A white lighting blinding me right above

Wow this is the first poem ive written since my birthday. its been so damn long, i thought i would never get inspiration again.. so, on December the 8th, theres something in Lyon called the "Light Festival", and the entire city is lit with candles and they do real nice things to the city buildings and shit. so i took a few pictures..

Then on December the 22nd, it was Pauline's birthday.. so we ate at her place, smoked the hooka and then went clubbing. Great evening except i bumped into an ex boyfriend there.

Other than that, Christmas was good, spent it with sister and relatives.. and then spent New Years at the chief cook's place (from work), with another waitress and her boyfriend. Kind of a nice double date.. so this is what ive been up to lately. i know i havent kept anyone updated with anything lately, its been a tough few months. final exams this month too. but i miss all of you and im sooo jealous that so many of you got to go back to taiwan again. Miss you tons and hope you have a great time there.
